My name is Monica Virtue and I'm a 43-year old documentary filmmaker who has been in multiple car accidents. I first contacted Scott in April of 2019 for assistance with pain management. Within 20 minutes, he pointed out that I had symptoms of undiagnosed concussions. This news came as a shock to me — I’ve spent the past 25 years and thousands of dollars on chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncture, cupping, reflexology, custom-build mattresses, electro-magnetic mats, and various other pricey treatments. I’ve undergone X-Rays, MRI’s, and other tests, yet neither my family doctor nor other personal trainers could identify the root problem. As it turns out, my fascia had adhered to the bones in my neck and shoulders, causing dizziness and intense pain throughout the day and especially when I worked out. I also suffer from Upper Cross Syndrome and Lower Cross Syndrome due to spending too much time hunched over my laptop. My leg and glute muscles had de-activated, meaning no matter how much I exercised I could not make any progress. After my first assessment with Scott, he prescribed several nutritional supplements to help maintain healthy fascia. During stretching sessions, he was able to rip the fascia off my neck and shoulders, which instantly relieved my pain. He also taught me how to re-activate my leg muscles, and how to perform daily stretches to maintain neck and shoulder mobility. I would highly recommend working with Scott if you suffer from injuries that cause pain. The only thing you will regret is that you didn’t try it sooner!

I am an active mom and shift worker in her 40's, who is looking to improve muscle tone, maintain energy levels, and just do something for me that has so many benefits.  Scott has designed a fitness plan for me, based on the minimal equipment that I have.  He has been very motivating not only to myself, but to all of his social media followers.  He is knowledgeable and passionate about exercise and healthy lifestyle choices.  He offers video guidance for accountability and observation if required.  He has a complete library of reference exercises, and a modification to each one based on your capabilities.  Scott can also design a great plan for YOU based on your overall goals for health!  Put the work in, and he will guide you to successfully achieving your goals! I would highly recommend his professional services.

My name is Jed and I am a 57 year old
chef who is looking to get more fit. I
have been working with Scott for 2
years and in this time I have gained
muscle mass and still able to eat
whatever I wish. (I love eating good
food!) Scott is great to work with.
He is flexible and I appreciate most is
when he seems to be able to come
up with alternative routines when I'm
"unable to" do certain moves. :)
Scott is always dedicated to his
clients. He always asked how my day
was, what I had for lunch and offer
good sound nutritional advice.
I would definitely recommend
working with Scott when it comes
to personal fitness.

I am a somewhat active man in my 60's. I met Scott a few months ago and have been working with him regularly, mostly to improve my overall health and flexibility. I have several old injuries, rheumatoid arthritis, and some other chronic conditions. Scott does a great job of challenging me in a workout while still respecting my limitations. Recently, we began training via zoom. I have built a significant amount of muscle, reduced my body fat percentage, and lost around 15 lbs. so far. I would highly recommend Scott.

I have been lucky enough to work with Scott over the last year. He has helped me at great lengths to get my legs functioning properly so I can be a successful runner for an upcoming fitness test. Attached is a photo of my current progress. I have used his personal training, FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy) & nutrition coaching services. He is very professional, caring and always looks at a whole lifestyle approach to accomplishing your goals - all while making your workouts fun. I would highly recommend his services.
